Planning meetings for this year - Goal: all ask for the same travel from our companies and of course get our staff working well together

3.1.   Plan for joint LCOO attendance at upcoming Pike PTG - Atlanta - February 24 https://www.openstack.org/ptg/.  Share attendees: https://etherpad.openstack.org/p/LCOO-PikePTG-Planning

AllPointed out that the Pike PTG as the first one and not following a Pike Forum will not be quite as big as subsequent PTGs - Queens PTG in July timeframe should be especially productive.
  

3.2.   Proposed we have a Midcycle LCOO face to face meetup in Milan - March 13-16

 Decision: After discussion and a 50-50 vote we determined LCOO will not make this midcycle an official LCOO meetup.  Not for Milan but need to reconsider the concept of meeting between Forums and the original proposal to have face to face meetings 4 times per year. 

Proposal: Since one of the reasons to have the combined Operators, LCOO and Product Working Group meet up was to finalize approach and begin working Queens Forum plans we will need to do that via virtual meetings.  Jamey proposed  we can organize some Teleconference instead for this purpose.  AT&T has Teleconference facilities across US and in some countries including those below.  While locating them as a draft, Jamey reserved these rooms on this date and time:

    1. Recommend that for budget purposes, this is the most important event
    2. Shilla has requested LCOO working meetup space
    3. Now is the time to get Hotel reservation in Boston
