Some of the proposed changes include:
  1. Round robin chairperson - every 6 months
  2. More emphasis on stakeholder and developer level influence on OpenStack direction
  3. 6 face to face meetings/year - PTG, before Summits, Working Group at Summits
  4. LCOO digest/communication which covers strategy, projects such as Ocean/Akraino/Moon, and upcoming events.

Two priorities have been identified based on these presentations which are:

(1) Containerization: Adopt and mature containerized deployments, testing, and automated delivery pipelines. OpenStack-Helm, Oceam, containerized security, containerized NFV infrastructure 

(2) Security/QA: Improve and expand quality gating, introduce additional test frameworks for more robust and earlier testing of OpenStack clouds.  Adopt and contribute to OPNFV projects to forster a more robust, well-tested platform. Barbican, Keystone, Destructive testing (Eris), additional quality gating, collaboration with the OPNFV community
