  • 2 items from Intel/Sonu will be uploaded and shared with the LCOO
  • VF Agent - Sundar, Get with Andy to finalize shared work and then share with the rest of LCOO members
  • This upcoming weekend the AT&T community team will complete migration of our internal JIRA work items into this Atlassian JIRA https://openstack-lcoo.atlassian.net/secure/MyJiraHome.jspa . Anyone will be able to see and comment on any of AT&T's community work.
  • User Committee Election is going on now. there are 5 candidates. We are still pending any of the LCOO members as AUC (asked to vote).
2From past 2 meetings It was suggested for better attendance to meet in US morning times. +1  Related: Communication Plan drafted here.  Open issues is the Roadmap meeting - next one next week.  Also this is during PTG.

  • Identify static pages to be displayed outside Login page for next meeting. Next week's agenda could include the links to such pages.
4Proposed IRC and Mailing List Training for LCOO members or anyone who want's to learn the traditional OpenStack communication tools and better participate in the full community.

5Proposal to add LCOO Mailing List as part of OpenStack ML. 
Decision: we will just use User Committee ML with tag LCOO

Probably related to Network FST: It's requested to have an LCOO session about the OpenStack Helm project - review of the Proof Of Concept.  This in general is a solution for Containerization of the Control Plan.  This POC (now project)started between Intel and AT&T.  It's also proposed that we start the user story process out of this effort.
