People want to start with a bit about the business problem itself and its nuances, followed by:

- - Understanding why this is a preferred approach for addressing the business problem
  - How SNAP is addressing it
  - How it differentiates from other approaches
  - The vision/roadmap for SNAP, near and long
  - Related projects / dependencies
  - Opportunities to contribute
  - etc.

Relevance is that LCOO members (some) would like to be able to join the project and contribute to the Requirements, planning end of things, as well as, delivery work.
