  • Identify/add key topics, requirements, ideas, suggestions we want to see covered to etherpads
  • Add our "+1's" where indicated
    • Discuss who we'd like to be in sessions and reach out to them in advance (for ex, maybe we'd like the PTL's of projects A&B be in a session).

In the meeting we went down the list above and updates were made to the schedule.  2 action items for offline after the meeting:

Proposed means to promote LCOO (at the Summit and beyond)

  • Should we have a common table (set of tables)?  With a sign?  Logistics (where? Etc.)
  • Need to plan more informal working meetings: e.g. Destructive testing
  • Signs, cards, tshirts, stickers, buttons?
  • Plan a social night?  Have dinner together?

Agreed we should continue to promote the concept of the LCOO to other organizations and individuals who are representing their companies.  Related to updating our Charter/wiki page which is #7 below.

  • Jamey and Shilla will look into Stickers and Buttons.
  • Shilla will setup a doodle to query for attendance at a dinner get together

  • Tuesday 2-2:4pm - LCOO WG - Roadmap Meeting: Will use this to plan any other informal working meetings
  • Wednesday 3:30pm - LCOO WG: Main Working Session 
  • Thursday 9:50-10:30 - LCOO WG: Governance Meeting
