Agreed to hold ongoing meeting/SIG in sampath Zoom and IRC - Jamey McCabe to reserve IRC channel

Agreed Sampath Priyankara and Gautam Divgi (Unlicensed) to update SIG proposal by end of week.  Jamey to send to the SIG ML and schedule the first session.

3Next steps for our own staff/work

Gautam Divgi (Unlicensed) finish pull request today so Sampath can finish his merge.

Sampath to continue automation and integration in openstack CI system

Following that NTT can finish installation in Masakari and any future changes will flow and be tested there

Agreed that upcoming changes by Gautam to be tracked in Jira

Sampath to update Spec (to update the current and then  split into multiple) in alignment with the QA team.  Split would be one for ERIS general, others for KPIs, simulation parts, etc.

4Miscellaeneous

Agreed for this point of the project and until it becomes an official QA project we will work in Jira and Github using Jira plugin. Bugs can be filed as Github issues or Jira?  Need to test this and document it in contributing.rst. As we start to use it will pull in Andrew Ukasick to assist us.

Sampath Priyankara to be out of office/country from Nov30 through Dec14.
