Discussion: How do we proceed to identify use cases for LCOO.

• This needs to encourage participation in various capacities (Use case description, coding, contribution, validation...)
• impactful to participating companies
• Time and work unit specific so the goal is finite 
• Can be ongoing or new project

Workstreams:

• Containers
• Networking
• Operations/LMA
• Resource Management
• Security
• Test Automation / CICD

Discussion:  Different collaboration paths

• "Story Process" - Multi-Project impacting, not yet defined and in flight
• Single or few project / narrow impact / already in flight

Discussion:  How do we determine when a "Story" will be selected to collaborate?  For example, how many of us must vote for an item in order for us to select it and move forward (3, 4...?). 

What can we commit to? 

• Defining Requirements
• Gap Analysis
• Implementation Planning
• Development/Delivery

Discuss Milan Meeting and Outline plan. (week of 3/13, 3/ 20)

• internal sync following that to collate notes from PWG
• Compile and add list from https://etherpad.openstack.org/p/LCOO-Working-161117 to identify few items for each identified work stream under LCOO
• Publish to group for prior consumption and processing before the 3/27 week discussion.
• (Legwork planned for Andy/Sundar/Aditya, anyone else interested please let us know and you will be included)

Looking to produce a list of pain points that we could potentilly collaborate together to addess across the Categories:

• Containers
• Networking
• Operations/LMA
• Resource Management

Functional Specialty Teams

Discuss the items and vote on the items from work stream. (week of 3/27)

• Goal to identify 1 (at least, if any) item per workstream.
• Start figuring if we can identify coordinators for each of those work streams.
