1	Discuss expanding LCOO membership Discuss vision/opportunity to evolve into a more impactful wg. Possibility of large contributors like Red Hat, Mirantis, and Canonical joining LCOO. Who else should we try to recruit? Huawei? Others? Could LCOO evolve to be similar to what OSIC was in the sense of taking on and driving large initiatives?		Suggestion: Find specific proposals, projects, items that we approach potential new members to assist in.
