1Encourage all in these meetings to push Update button when you update meeting agenda during working sessions.  This helps create the audit record in Atlassian showing your contributions.

2Proposed to stay to 1400 UTC for all upcoming meetings. 

Decision: Agreed.  Jamey to reset meeting invites he sent that are past the US time zone change. Was a mistake by Jamey in sending the invites 2 days ago.


Members share "Story" ideas they would like to propose/discuss for us to collaborate on. Discuss the individual "Story" items for each company

  • Suggestions to existing stories
  • Recommendations for new stories

We can add proposed "Stories" to a newly created LCOO JIRA Project

The full list of Product WG user stories can be found here [1].

However, not all being worked now, and some were brought from previous backlog and might not be completed as a “story”.

The active one are:

And NTT recently added the Extreme Testing [2]

You may also find other work in progress [3].

There are some discussion on Logging/Error codes which need to refined [4]. Fujitsu also working on something related to Logging but haven’t submitted to the repo yet.

It will be great if LCOO can help/contribute to Logging user story.
