  • Understanding / ramp-up training / Community awareness
  • Learn what's working among our companies and what isn't
  • awareness, collaboration, drive community support for our priorities
  • Justification and results to provide back to our organizations to devote (more) resources to the upstream and the LCOO

  • A means to help ourselves as opposed to having to depend on a vendor/integrator or others in the community for enhancements
  • Get a Portfolio-like view with status tracking of what we are collectively working on
  • Gain awareness of other members community work/priorities and mutual shared insights and support
  • Potentially be a bridge between Ops/User community and Dev community
  • Mutually coordinate our community activities
